A big shout out and thanks to Earl at this NAPA for his efforts above and beyond the call of duty on Saturday. We were transporting our disabled friend from Port Townsend to a wedding in Tacoma. When we got to the church we realized there were bolts missing from the van elevator. (The van had been loaned out the night before) We could not find the right bolts to repair the elevator at any hardware store. We could not unload. I pulled into the NAPA machine shop and explained our problem to a fellow named Earl. He went right to work fabricating the proper bolts. He kept working until everything fit perfectly. He was a true gentleman. NAPA, and Tacoma, are lucky to have this guy.
