We rented room 102 for 2 nights, because it had a handicapped room, 2 queen beds and a 2 person pull out bed. My chidren could'nt even sleep on the bed it was so dangerous and dirty. The queen beds were so hard we had trouble sleeping on them. My mother in law found a hair pin in her bed and we hoped it belonged to the maid who supposedly cleaned our room. My mother in law who is handicapped had trouble using the room because it was'nt handicapped friendly. We asked that they either move us or give us another bed my children could sleep on, but the front lady was to busy to help or accommadate us until we asked for our money back. Then they found us a fold up bed that my husband had to haul back to the room. The hotel boasted a free breakfast, but by the second day they were out of food and juice. I noticed there was food in a storage closet, but the counter girl was to busy to be disturbed. We had trouble getting towels so people could shower. Most of the lights were burnt out and the staff never dealt with the problem. I don't recomend staying here at all and if you have to don't stay in room 102 it sucks!!!!! We were charged 120.00 dollars a night what a rip off.
Service was poor. Phone lines were given more attention than the people waiting to check in. Upkeep on the property was poor. Doors did not seal at the top of the jamb, note here that the doors opened to the outside street area. Accomodations were awful. Strong smell of bleach made staying in the room a painful experience. We were sick with sore throats and upset stomachs as we checked out the next morning. Sheets were stained, blankets were matted with unknown substances, mattresses were uncomfortable, paint on walls was noticably splotchy, and towels were stained. DO NOT STAY here. Find a different city to get lodging.
