They clean beyond repair - literally: We took an expensive rug to TMC to be dry cleaned and they destroyed it. They destroyed it!!!! They never appologized, never called, and they didn't do anything to try to resolve the issue. These folks have clearly demonstrated that they have no understanding of customer relations. They simply said, bring a receipt and we will submit it to our insurance company. These folks had no remorse for their complete ineptness.

If you need a cleaner, you will be far better off finding anybody else. Based on a search of the web, it looks like they might also own Howard's and Olympia Cleaners, so unless you can determine that these are owned by somebody else, it would be advisable to go somewhere else.

It has been a month since this issue occurred and we are still dealing with it. Let's hope they have enough ethics to resolve the issue.
