I went there to have my tire pressure light looked at and the first day they said that they had to order the parts so that was fine. I went back the next day when they said that the part was in. They gave me the run around about when my car would be ready so I went to the back where the mechanics do their jobs and I saw one of the mechanics leaning against my car like it was his own. That was it. I was mad. I told them that I needed to leave and forget about the work to my car. they said that the mechanic needed to drive my car around the parking lot to see if the light went away so I went into the parking lot and watched the same mechanic drive my car in the parking lot like he was in some kind of race. I dont even drive my car like that. I called to try to get a hold of a manager and one of the receptionist hung up the phone on me. I will never go back to that dealership and I am going to tell everyone that I know not to go there.
They are nothing but crooks. My wife and I went to look at new vehicles there and all they did was lie. We were told over and over that the vehicle we purchased was a 2009 and so when it came down to buying the car we didnt question it. I know we were dumb for not reading all the paperwork but when we are told that it is a 2009 we trusted that it was. We later took it back to get it fixed and then we were told it was a 2008. When we asked them about it they just said it was over the 72 hour return policy and that they really dont care and there is nothing they can do. They called the salesman that sold us the car and he wouldnt talk to us. We told them we would buy a different car from them because the one we got wasnt a fair price for a 2008. They told us they would not do that and that we were screwed. Watch out for them and make sure to read everything because they have no problem telling you lies.
I have been ripped off by this dealership two times by them denying my warranty claim. Both times the part was specifically stated in the warranty coverage, yet they denied it. They also told me my car needs $600 in maintenance performed including new belts that my private machanic said are totally fine. They are CROOKS!!!!
