I have bought several vehicles from Titus-Will Ford and their service department has always taken great care of my vehicles. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and their prices are very competitive. The peace of mind that comes in knowing a Ford trained technician worked on my vehicle and that they stand behind their parts & services is very valuable to me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone seeking to purchase a new/used vehicle or get their current vehicle serviced.
I purchased my vehicle because of a traumatic loss to my prior car in a bad accident. After leaving the lot with my 2002 highlander, we discovered the car stereo,cd player was not funtioning. I phoned and told them immediatly and the service center said they would order me a new stereo. One week later, they phoned and said they couldn't do that because my car was used and not a new purchase. Then they were going to replace it with the $2000 warrenty I purchased but over 1 month later have now said they cant do that either. Kick em while their down is an understatement. My satisfaction with Titus Will at this point in this game is very very low. I would not recommend anyone to deal with them.
I had to go to a dealer for service. I was charged $100 just for the pleasure of getting my vehicle hooked up to a computer. This is something my normal shop does for free. Then they wanted to do $3,000 worth of work. I talked them into just doing the $800 repair I wanted. In the end it still cost me $1100. Later I took it to a regular auto repair shop and got the remaining repairs for $460 instead of almost $2000.
