About:Johnny's Dock is located in the heart of downtown Tacoma, on the Thea Foss waterway across from the Museum of Glass and near the city center's hotels, theater district, Tacoma Dome and other nearby attractions. Johnny's Dock Restaurant and Marina has been serving up delicious and delightful food for over 50 years. We feature the finest of steaks and seafood in a warm environment. Deck seating is available during the summer and our inside seating offers the best of views. For the weekend early risers, we offer our Bartender's Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. All of these breakfasts include coffee, tea or juice, as well as Johnny's highly acclaimed private recipe coffee cake. Please see our menu for the various options. You are also welcome to join us for Johnny's Dock Yacht Club meetings on Monday through Friday from 4:00 - 6:00 pm. Select house wines, domestic beers, cocktails and more are served during this time of relaxation. Appetizers taste better during Happy Hour as the prices can't be beat!     I'm a truck driver and drive from Texas and spend a lot of time on the Texas coast and have had shrimp just about every way possible, until today at Johnny's, where I ordered the shrimp quesadillas, which were beyond excellent! It was one the best restaurants I have ever been to and will definitely be visiting again! Plus, the service was excellent, as well; I was greeted and seated immediately, they were very friendly and professional, and my waitress, Andrea, made sure my glass stayed full at all times! PERFECT!

    I am a regular diner at Johnny's and have always experienced great food and attentive service. Razor clams on Tuesday are my favorite, and the lounge and the deck in the summer are the best in town

    I was excited to eat here because it is the home of Johnny's Seasonings and was the most dissappointed I have ever been at a restaurant. My recurring thought was "Are you kidding me?" for so many reasons. Although the food wasn't horrible, it was incredibly poor compared to similiarly priced restaurants. They served me tartar sauce with my salmon (incredibly poor class) and our medium cooked steak tasted dry with no flavor. For $100 for two people, it was very upsetting and I don't see how they do any business. Go to the Lobster Shop on Ruston instead - they have the best seafood in the city and the prices are about the same. I want my money back after eating here. Think: Denny's quality for five times the price!
