User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have been going to Mountainside for 5 years and had nothing but excellent care!!!They call me back the same day...and I see the same Dr.everytime. This has been the best care for my diagnosis that I have ever received. On one of the comments, they said they were having trouble getting medications right. sometimes this happens but keep your head up...it took me 7 years of being a guinny pig, but today is good. Thank you Dr.Underwood!!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have been going to Moutainside for my mental healthcare for several months now. The providers always have the patient involved in their care and they really listen to what you say. I have seen two different providers since starting there because they felt I would be better served by one provider than another. That's great because it means that they work together with patients. The front desk people are overworked but remain friendly and cheerful. The only problem I have had is that I sometimes have to wait awhile for my appointments.

Marginal: I have been a patient for 1 yr. & I am still changing meds every 4-8 wks. It is rare that somebody returns my phone call re: problems I might be having with med side-effects or other important requested calls.
Go somewhere else if you can!
