User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAwful Customer Service: First off, they don't do a reminder call, if your movie or game is over a week late. They wait for 30 days until the late fee's are well over $30, which you then could have bought it yourself. Also forgotten to give raincheck for a movie which was out, and then manager called me a liar that she remembered giving it to me. She didn't even give me my receipt. Was it worth losing customers over one movie rental??? we won't ever go back! I hope she thought it was worth it!
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsnice staff and updated movies every Tuesday: Store is awsome with movies staff is polite if u go the movie u is not there the next time u go it's free. New release out every Tuesday morning. Right now movies i recommend: Wedding Crashers
