User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsSteamer's is awesome. My husband and I eat there every few months. I love the fact that it's out of the way and secluded and on the water. Very nice place to take a date or your spouse. Kid friendly too.

My wife and I drove 35 miles from Olympia to get some fish and chowder. We arrived at EXACTLY 8:29 pm. We open the door to enter the restaurant and an employee comes to greet us and says "sorry, we are closed". The sign on the door said closing time was 8:30 pm on Saturday. I cant believe a business would close EXACTLY at the stated time. We ended up driving back to Olympia to get something to eat.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWonderful Food!: This is a great little restaurant right on the water. Their fish-n-chips (cod) is wonderufl. It's the best I've had in a long time. Not over loaded with oil, but very crunchy. Their atmosphere is great also. And they have outside eating for nice days and acces to the water's edge.

I can't believe someone would trash a restaurant because they showed up one minuted before closing and weren't served a meal. Come on, people, be reasonable!
