    VERY Unprofessional Managers: The Black Lake and downtown braches' Managers have been VERY unprofessional in their business dealings with "certain" customers. They've made some unkind comments about "certain" customers to branch employees which, has been repeated. They also have bad feelings towards other employees that has been VERY evident to customers when banking. Several long-time customers have moved their banking to other banks because of this unprofessional behaviour.

    Banking with a "Heart": As you walk in the door, you are warmly greeted by a personal banker and offered a variety of services from refinancing, home loans, checking, savings, certificates of deposits, investments, safe deposit box rentals and much more; whether making a deposit, a withdrawal, or making a payment, this is the bank that offers a full range of resources and programs to fit everyone's budget. I highly recommend that you stop by and at least, say "Hello".
