User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI've recently moved from Sunnyside Sands apartments and the experiences that I had with the complex, management, and other tenants was awesome. It felt like a small community within the community. The location is nice and very close to down town. Management and the owner were always helpful and approachable.
I rate this complex a 4 out of 5 stars. The only inconvienent thing is no washer and dryer in unit. Laumdry facility on site and laundry mat 3 blocks away. Apartments are dated to the 60's, but lots of storage and have large floor plans. The neighborhood is mellow and the complex is 5 blocks from an elementry school. I loved my experience and if I hadn't moved out of the area I would still be there. :)
