Every time I have been there in the last 8 yrs has been the worst experiance. Awful service, dry buns, dirty store. Not a smile or thank you. What happen to customer service.
This McDonald's does alot of business. Recently, they added another register to better handle indoor business, because two registers wasn't cutting it.
We will go through the drive-through mostly; however, the restaurant is usually clean and the bathrooms are kickass. It's always good to know the bathrooms are decent.
What bothers me about this place is that I can never be assured the order will be complete. They often leave sammiches out or little things like the granola packet for the yogurt cup. This gets on one's nerves, to have to go in and get the extra crap.
My biggest complaint about this place is that whoever makes the Fish Filets seems to either have Parkinson's or goes through epileptic fits, because they're the sloppiest-made sammiches I've ever seen. In fact, most of the cheeseburgers are Leaning Tower of Piza-applicable. Gawd. Why? Why do you do this to me, minimum wage employee? Why? The cheese is always lopsided. The tartar sauce is half off the sammich. The cheeseburgers are half falling apart.
What gets me about the Fish Filet is that once that cheese melts, you're screwed. You can't move the cheese or filet without tearing up the bun. And don't expect the manager/owner to be empathetic. She's a scary one. All business this burger mogul is. Whhhiiisssak! (that was the crack of a whip)
I like the kids who work there, even the grizzly, young guy who never shaves and always screws up my drive-through order. Even you, grizzled young guy, because your nonchalant and effortless cool while chucking change back at me and an incomplete order make me wish for younger days, days when I had places to go after work, and therefore it didn't matter if the chubby lady in the gray car got her ketchup.
Overall, it's a McDonald's. They don't serve veggie burgers, but they do have free pop refills.
