    I am extremely dissapointed in our service at the Shilo Restauraunt in Ocean Shores! The food was quite tasty but our server was very unfriendly and really left us feeling jipped out of what could of been a wonderful expierence!

    I really think you (meaning the supervisors in charge) should rethink Crystal (a dark haired woman with gray) as being a part of your establishment! i have owned quite a few restauraunts in my life and good service is hard to find and she is surely not one of them!

    She rolled her eyes when we asked questions, walked away in the middle of our service and quite frankly ruined our whole meal! (our section didn't seem to pleased with her neither) I can't imagine many of her customers return! She is rude crude and inconsiderate and i also thought she was quite ditzy (not in a cute way) Our appetizer was brought out after our meal was almost finished and when i asked why she claimed she forgot to ring it in, i would have thought she woulod check to see if we still wanted it but i guess she assumed..lets just say she messed up our whole order and made us feel to blame. In all my years eating out she is by far the worst i've seen!
