    It's now 3:49 pm, Tuesday, Dec. 4th..Apparently, all employees have left the building. Not even a taped message. Meanwhile, my M.I.L, who needs electricity to run her ventilator (she has C.O.P.D.) is running risk of expiring, due to having only so much O2 left. At least P.U.D. would have ONE PERSON to answer the phone, so I can give my in-laws some hope.
