I have been to this KFC a few times, and each time I said I will never go back. The last time I went I placed an order in the drive thru the lady started to take my order then told me to wait. After she came back she said "now what do you want" I had asked her what the diffrence was on a couple of items, and she told me it was on the board. So I placed my order and when I got to the Window they where throwing my food in a box, (she was about 3-4 feet away) and was very rude. I had asked to speak to the manager, he took my name and number and said someone will call in a few days, well that never happened (still waiting).
So now I have made up my mind to never go there again and this time I mean it. Employees are very rude and are not customer service orientated.

I send my husband in with a coupon, and when he gets home, there is no potatos and gravy (which is what I was craving). The coupon was for 3 piece dark meat, potatos & gravy, coleslaw and a bisquit. I called, and they said they didn't know it was a coupon, and they asked him what sides he wanted, and said he told them all coleslaw. My husband said no such thing. I had to go back to get it. Also, I called and asked if I could get regular chicken instead of Chipotle, they said yes. When I saw the reciept, they charged $3.00 more for the exchange. This is NOT what I was told. It seems this is an everyday thing with them! I will spend the extra gas to go to another one that has a good rating. We are disabled, and can't afford to do this much.

Wouldn't go back if someone paid me to: The location of this "restaurant" is not the best in Vancouver, that should have said something right there. But we were hungry and it was on our way.

Get in the door and the floor is sticky... ok so maybe a pop spilled there. Order our food (crispy snackers). they give us our food and I unwrap one snacker and the lettuce is PINK and green... so I checked all 4 sandwiches and they were all pink... took the food back to the counter and requested our money back... they look at me like I had 8 heads... they saw absolutely NOTHING wrong with the pink lettuce... they ended up giving our money back...

ABSOULTELY will NOT go back to this KFC... EVER
