I had been shopping there for 5 months spending around $250.00 dollars a month between dog food, cat food and toys. I bought a toy that was recommended (Aussie Naturals) gave it to my dog and with in 20 minutes it was coming apart at the seems. I brought it back to the store the very next day expecting at the least an exchange for the poor product. I was told the owner was the only person that could give credits OR exchange products so I left the toy there with my name and number and was told the 'owner' would call me the next day. After a week of hearing nothing, I went back into the store and was told they had been busy and the owners reply to my concerns were for me SEW the toy! REALLY? REALLY? They explained that they cant predict how their products are going to hold up and that there are no guarantees. So in the end I spent $17.00 on a toy that held up for 20 minutes and that is my problem according to them. I will be shopping elsewhere, and when I tried to convey this to the nice lady that works there she just said she would pass it along to the owner. I suggest you not waste your time or money on this store. There are plenty of natural pet stores in the area that would LOVE the business.

My family has been going to this store since it opened and we've seen how big the store has grown! They carry all the essentials for keeping your dogs and cats healthy! They helped us find food for our dog who has skin allergies - now his coat is always shiny, full, and no itchy skin! The staff is always genuinely friendly and most of the staff has been with the store for along time - which shows good management! They recognize their customers and remember specifics about you! I would much rather shop at a small, personal place, than some of the BIG stores, with bad attitudes. Definitely try it out!
