User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDON'T buy a used car from these guys unless you get it completely checked out. I recently bought a used car here, and they assured me that everything was in great shape. Only after driving off the lot did I realize that there were MANY things wrong with the car. Their business philosophy is clear: Get as much money out of you. Don't support this business, I felt very much cheated by them!

My overall experience at Dick Hannah was great! Our salesman was Shaun who helped us purchase the best car for me and my family. Shaun was knowledgable, friendly, patient, and knew exactly what we were looking for. It's great to have car salesman like Shaun that make your visit and purchase that much better! I will definitely reffer friends and family to Shaun at Dick Hannah Toyota in Kelso. Thanks again for all your help!

I had one of the best shopping experiences ever at Dick Hannah Toyota. I would like to thank "Shaun" the Dick Hanna Toyota special finance manager in Kelso. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the sales process of purchasing my 2009 Toyota Tundra. He had it washed, gased and ready to go. He gave me contact information if I needed any help. I also would like to thank "Jamie" in finance for making sure everything went smooth and painless. She told me about the clear bra and many other accessories to be aware of. I will definelty be purchasing the clear bra and maybe others. I also love Dick Hannah's Customers for Life program. I will recomend this dealership to my friends and family for car buying needs. THANKS AGAIN SHAUN AND JAMIE!!! YOU GUYS WHERE WONDERFUL!!! BIG THANKS TO YOU BOTH. JEFF MILLER
