Never go to Vancouver Ford: Sales people are rude and pushy. Took me in the back room, hounded me for 30min and treated me like I was an idiot. I finally just walked out. I would not advise going alone (or at all) especially if you are a women.
Horrible experience: Sales reps, administrators and managers at Vancouver Ford are very unprofessional and disorganized. They inconvenienced myself several times by forgetting paperwork and charging for things that did not pertain to my contract. I do not recommend anyone choose Vancouver Ford for purchasing your next vehicle.

they take advantage of the elderly, my mom was totally confused due to having a stroke at the time she went in for a new car, blind by the stroke in one eye, they asked if she would like to test drive and she hit one of there trucks in there parking lot and sold her the car and I confronted them and they told me she looked fine, (DAH) she just hit your truck that don,t seem like someone is,nt blind and they would not take back the car or nothing
it,s a shame car dealerships have to be so dishonest to get a sale you know if they took training in customer service, they may actully have more sales. don,t they know when they do wrong to a customer that customer is speading the word it spreads like wildflower. especially someone who has a lot of contacts with people
