Took our 3 month new nissan there because the maintenance light was on and they charged us $40 to put air in the tires. When questioned why the expense was so outrageous they responded that they had to charge so much otherwise everybody would bring their car there to get their tires inflated.
Since when is it a problem having too many customers come to your business? It's not. And Les Scwaab inflates anybodies tires for free mind you.
They screwed us out of a few bucks thinking there wouldn't be any repercussions. I've notified the local BBB and sent a letter to Nissan coporate about their poor and ethically questionable service when it comes to warranty work.-
