I had the best experience buying my Honda the other week with Marcus Amicci at DickHannah Honda. He knows his stuff very well and was able to answer all the questions I had about the vehicle. Marcus was very pleasant to work with. You can tell that this company values customer service, as I saw it greatly coming from every employee. We found what we were looking for and didn't feel pressured to make the decision. The finance guy was great too and my family is really enjoying the new car so far. When I need another new car, I'll return for sure. I'd highly recommend working with Marcus and the DickHannah Team.
Be careful, buying from this dealer: I'll admit, I wasn't completly prepared when I wrn in. I did buy and this is where it gets bad.
I went in to the dealership, I wanted a 4WD, Cd PLayer, Automatic and NO FORDS! :)
So, they sell me a 2003 Dodge Durange. Cool, but during negotiating they said "We can't sell this for less" and the price was 21,450. But later, I did a web search and the same vehicle was listed for $18,900!
So, yes, they lied!
I'm going to pay it off, keep it insured, but if I ever deal with this dealer again, I'm going in with the price and when they tell me the same thing, I'll then show them the web price and say "Oh yeah? So are you ignorant or a liar?"
That will be worth $$$$ to see them squirm! Used car dealers are what they are. Never to be trusted..Well, except for Auto-Truck warehouse...But they were too honest as they had to close...Poor guys...I liked them.

You were, unfortunately, unprepared to go into ANY dealership. You should have done RESEARCH before going in, not after. They are there to make profit, and they did. You learned your lesson, which is good.

I would have to agree with the above commenter. Dick Hannah Dealerships have seperate pricing for internet customers. This is not uncommon, as many retailers now do this. Best advice: shop around and do your research first, you should always do this with any product that you are going to be spending more than $100 on.
