It is great yet informal and family friendly place to eat. I have been there at least 10 differant occasians.

My family travels on a tight budget and the loose caboose is a place that has never broke our budget.

horrible experience: We were shocked to have been treated so bad. The service was horrendous.
Order incorrect. Onions on sandwich, requested without, had to carry back to the service area myself. Silverware dirty and had to request a clean fork!
we were still tying to get the order correct, . A bowl of clam chowder arrived with
a hair in it. Again service so bad had to carry it service area myself. No apology.
then they wanted to charge us for the bowl of soup we took back. Very rude, hav enever experience treatment like this.
