The staff was fantastic and always made us feel safe and comfortable. Answered all our questions professionally. Loved the availability of the close hotel to stay. I would recommend this location for surgery to anyone. We live west of Olympia and chose this facility due to easy access as opposed to traveling to Seattle area. A lot less traffic and about the same distance to travel. -

If my entire experience is a warm, easygoing and comfortable as it was with Amy, their front desk person, then I expect to be well pleased. She laughed when I apologized for needing to reschedule and said, "No worries! I'm just glad you call us to let us know". She doesn't know it but she cut my fear factor in half with her lovely attitude.
