I love Taco Bell, but I hate this location! I live close to it, but drive a few miles away to go to the Salmon Creek location...I dislike this one that much!

They ALWAYS get my order wrong...and when I say 'always', it is because there is at least something wrong with every single order, every single time I go there. Usually, as long as everything is there I don't make a big deal of it, and rarely call, unless they just totally ruined my order and I need to have most or all replaced...but even then, despite the fact that I bring my receipt and the items, proving that they were in error, they make it seem like I am causing such an imposition, as if having to go back wasn't an imposition.

The service is bad, the store is messy, and a couple of the employees are downright rude. I've spoken with the manager, but nothing changes...it's not worth going there anymore! I have now been going to the Salmon Creek location for about seven months and have never had an issue, one time they messed up, but THEY caught it as they were handing us our tray, they replaced the item and gave us the incorrect one as well! The manager there is sharp, and seems to care about the customers! Much better!!!

I wouldn't waste my time with the Hazel Dell store though!

Fast food at it's worst: Mediocre food, served by uncaring kids, as slowly as humanly possible, at a price comparable to sit down restaurants, nasty uncomfortable seating in an unpleasant dining room.

Sure... sign me up. And for fun, hit me in the head with a steel bar too.

To be fair, this is the corporate standard for Taco Bell, nothing against this particular location.
