User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis is Yakima's best kept secret! Homemade bread makes the site-roasted meats into fabulous sandwiches.
The soups, made from scratch can't be beat . Delicious vegetarian vegetable soup is served daily as well as a cook's choice and an in-season soup such as the current corn chowder. The home baked fruit cobblers and cookies are an added treat topped with homemade whipped cream.
My favorite lunch spot!

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWonderful Home Cookin'!: Truely some of the best Homestyle cooking Yakima has to offer. Everything is amazingly fresh because it comes from the produce stand it's built next to. Their cobblers are simply amazing!

All of the above is absolutely true! The homemade bread is wonderful, the meat is all roasted there, the soups are made from scratch. Great place to have lunch....and buy an interesting gift item while you wait.
