User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI don't normallly write these things but this time I just gotta. Father's day is coming up and I could not remember my dad's address. Since I had shipped with MNM before I figured they'd have his address on file somewhere. When I explained my problem to the lady behind the counter she said, "no problem," and printed out a mailing label with his address on it! And I had my pick of shippers. They were professional and just darn nice to deal with. I recommend them highly!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis store was given a prepaid postage package on Dec.13 at 2:15 p.m. to be returned via Fedex to Apple.
That was the last I ever saw of the package. Fedex never scanned the return label, so I have reason to believe the package was lost by Mail and More.
This store has no record of packages passing through their business...at all.... so any package, to or from, any carrier could be lost or stolen from there and they accept no responsibility.
There was no compassion or concern shown from the employees and very little professionalism during my interaction with them.
