You can't got wrong with this meat place. Their meat & saugages are for to dye for! Go no further; this is the place to purchase! I drive over the pass to purchase their products. That should tell you something that the meat is great.

En route from Bainbridge to Badger Mt., my husband & I detour into Cle Elem only for a stop at Owens Meats for KC Bacon, Beef Jerkey, Landjeager, pepperoni, Grandpa's Sausage, NY, T-Bone, and Flat Iron Steaks. (not to mention the beautiful gnawing bones for the dog!)

We now find ourselves taking wish list orders to bring from Owens for neighbors on Bainbridge as well as up on Badger Mountain....

We thank you, our friends & family thank you, for the superior products and personal service.

Keep up the good work; it's well appreciated.

I called them at 4:45 and they close at 5PM. I asked for pork shoulder (aka Boston Butt or Pork Butt) for pulled pork. They had exactly the cut I wanted, and when my husband arrived at 5PM it was wrapped and ready, and exactly what I had asked for. We cooked it on our Traeger grill for 9.5 hours at 200-225 degrees until the pork was 190 and it was THE BEST PULLED PORK I have ever had!!!!! Now that is saying something for a gal who lived in Tennessee for awhile. Owens has friendly service, quality meat, and strives to please. Okay... I'm so full now.
