User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have lived in Eastern Washington for, well, quite a while. And I can say without doubt that the Valley Cafe is the best restaurant on this side of the mountains. Great food, an excellent wine list, and the service is just what you would expect of a fine dining establishment. If I want to impress anybody from out of town, I take them there.
