Might I strongly suggest that if you choose to patronize this establishment that you inquire completely about their return/refund policy. There is only one place in the store where the policy is posted. When I asked where the posting was, the owner moved a stack of material, from over the sign where it is taped onto the glass counter, near the cash register.

If you purchase something from this store, and it is not in stock, they call it a special order. The 'policy' as I was told is we don't give refunds for special order items.
What's is most unfortunate is that even the one return policy that was hidden from view, does not mention anything about returns of "special order' items.
Remember, in today’s "just in time" supply network, just about everything you need is "special order" anymore.
The customer service was very in-attentive, when I first brought my computer in for some repair work that I had to write on the slip what I wanted looked at.
To be honest they did offer an “in store credit” or a replacement. Since the first power supply I purchased from them failed in about 30 days I decided I did not want another one of those. (probably will fail again.)
And after this experience I decided I did not want their in store credit either.
Now it has to go to small claims court.
Please beware..........!
