    I love the food!! I was born and raised around cajun food, Nick knows how to cook it. I hope to make it back to Cafe Nicholas. Nick and the girls at his place were so nice. If you ever make it to Ellensburg, Wa go by there.

    Hot Hot Hot: I am not one who eats spicy food alot but this place is one I would go to again and again and again. Not only is the food great but Nick and all his gang make you feel at home and comfortable. If you want your food a certain way, Nick will do his best to accomodate you. Grand prize ribbon for Cafe Nicolas!!
