We enjoy dining out and have tried just about every restaurant in Yakima and surrounding areas. Our first visit to the Carousel we took friends from Seattle who also enjoy fine dining, and it was a hit! The food and service is outstanding, it's a very intimate and comfortable experience, a rare treat in Yakima. This is now our favorite place for fine dining.
The flambés spinach salad is a must try and don't forget the creme brulee. -

I have eaten here several times and find it a wonderful change of pace. Most Yakima restaurants are chain type and this one stands alone for having great food, small and intimate, quiet--no blaring music. Best place in town. Looking forward to dinner there again this week.
