   I have been a long term customer at Keeler's Medical Supply and can't say enough about how good they are to me! They come out 24/7 if I need them, always willing to problem solve, help me get the paperwork from the doctors office, and bill my insurance. Plus if I need something that my insurance won't pay for they still get me what I need and set me up with payments since I am on a fixed income. I have had some problems but whenever I do I speak with management and they are always concerned with what I have to say and ALWAYS follow up with me to make sure my problems have been addressed. I would recommend this locally owned company to anyone in our valley over any of the other companies around.

   Terrible service. I was the only customer in the store and couldn't get anybody to wait on me. Ended up leaving empty handed and went somewhere else.

   Horrible Service: They told me it would be covered by insurance and then billed me for the athletic brace three times. They didn't seem to be all that helpful and each time I went in, I had to talk to another person.
