I guess I should be rating myself for being so stupid to keep going back for more abuse....yah, ummm after my family has purchased over 10 cars from Specks within a 20 year time span. Don't believe the friendly, kind and courteous sales personnel....they LIE! Whatever you want to hear is what they will tell you. Their cars are always priced higher...why? Because they can do that, being the only LOCAL dealership! I would say at least half of the cars purchased needed mechanical work. They will sell you cars with bad batteries, overly worn, bad brakes, wrecked ones with with damage to the rocker arms etc....and then claim innocence. They didn't know! Or they pass the buck from department to department. Nobody ever owns the error! Who is in the car business?! They are!!! The service department is very lacking. I have never had a pleasant experience when dealing with the mechanics.Yah, their wonderful car washes...never happen. They are always too busy to take the time to honor that "perk". Even screwing in bolts are beyond their level of expertise. The Speck customer service is really low quality. They make promises they can't keep, and only offer excuses. Buyer Beware....I won't be back...nor will my family. The last car purchase...put us almost 3 thousand dollars in the hole...what a great deal...FOR THEM! Thank you Specks for educating me on what I don't want from a car dealership!!! I AM DONE WITH YOU! Thanks for the expensive lessons learned! Better late than never!
