i hate graf there maintanace takes forever to respond and there rent is stupid we just got our rent raised and i cant help but wonder if im the one paying for there pretty new office!!!! Renters beware pass on by graf

I was hospitalized when I moved out. They lied about the condition of my apartment. They not only kept my deposit, but charged me almost %200.00 more. They even told me that I was responsible for the painting if I had been there for 6 years. Very dishonost and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.Please beware of this company.

I must extend my utmost appreciation to Graf Investments for my tenancy at their properties and I am expecially grateful for their help with my transfer. I was in a critical situation at the time and the manager "performed her magic" and took care of things for me rather quickly. Thank you!
