I love fish and chips and when I heard Pryor's had 'the best' I was excited to go. While it's true that they give great portions I've had better from Safeway. The chips were fine but the fish was thin fillets that were very dry, no matter how much lemon or malt vinegar you put on them.

If you want good fish and chips head elsewhere, like Ivars in the Spokane Valley mall.

Very good food, even better staff! Fish is great, chowder is excellent, o-rings tasty as well. My personal favorite is the BLT Sandwich! No scrimping on the bacon here! In all the times I've been to Pryor's, I've never had a bad meal - fast, friendly, great prices. Family friendly and very comfortable; a typical homegrown kind of place. Did I mention the great staff? I'd recommend this dining establishment to anyone! A bit out of the way, but well worth the drive. :)

This place is great! by far the best fish & chips in the Spokane area. Well worth the drive if you don't love in the immediate area. The fish is good and you receive a large portion. The Clam Chowder is good also, although the amount of chowder seamed small considering we ordered the family sized meal. The fish more than made up for that though.
