The counselors are on power trips and only make $11 an hour, so they don't care if they help you or not. They also lie a lot!!! Palouse River Counseling is a JOKE. Don't waste your time
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsIt helped me!: Fro any one who has been addicted to drugs and is looking for help, I found this place to be very helpful and the counselers to be of great help. I have been there and when I felt like I was falling off the wagon I was welcomed back and recieved the help I was looking for, it is defentily one of those few places I would recommened to anyone seeking help.
