What IS it about this place that's so amazing? Arguably, it's that bread... OH, that bread! Then, it's the fillings inside... the cheesesteaks... the Chicken Malibu... mindblowing!! The cold sandwiches are great too, as are the salads. Bruchi's is the best mini-chain (it's located in Spokane and Yakima, too) that's hit the TriCities since Zip's. The food is... SO good!! It's a place I'd even be proud to take visitors from Philadelphia!

However, the two reasons I can't give Bruchi's the full five stars is A) the restaurant could be practically empty and I still can't find a clean table to sit at... and B) the employees act like they don't care at all if you're satisfied with your meal or even thank you for patronizing the business. I have also once caught the employee who took my money reach over to handle my food and the food of another customer. NOT okay in my book. This is not just in the Bruchi's on Kennewick Avenue but in all Bruchi's restaurants I've visited. Maybe the owners of the chain need to revise the employee handbook or give some kind of incentive to be friendly or at least wipe down a table once in awhile. If at all possible, I take my food to go because of this, and that's sad when I love Bruchi's so much!

Every Sunday Brunch: We eat at Bruchis by Costco. The service is excellent, the food is always top notch, and the location is great. Why else would we be so boring as to eat here every Sunday? :-)
