User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWorst automotive company I have EVER worked with. Charged way too much and when they damaged my car they refused to fix it. Check the BBB and go anywhere else.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAwesome Service: I've been to Meineke twice and both times they have been very professional and eager to help. I do think they can be a little pricey....but I trust them to do good work on my car and that is what is important to me. I would and do recommend them to everyone.

You might have gone prior to the new owners Geroge & Sue. We have been to their Center two different times...and the service and pricing was absolutely fantastic! You might try the new owners now.
