    Terrible service: Never again. I would recommend Dick and Jane’s used cars in death valley over these guys. 7 hours to pay cash for a car. Very rude and the car was filthy when I drove it off the lot. The next morning we found torn carpet in the back seat and the service department asked the salesman if he could take out the seats out and wet the carpet with soapy water so he can stretch the carpet to fit. I do not recommend this sales or service department. This dealer is interested in selling undercoating not cars.

    Because I had a certified car I told by the sales department that I could only have my car serviced at Camp. This is a lie. I can go to any Chevrolet Dealer for service during my 60 day warranty. Besides Camp wanted to charge me $140.00 for a new keyless remote since the one they gave me with the car was not working properly since the day I bought the car. The buttons were broken.
    I purchased a GMC Brand New Remote on line for $10.22 and that included programming instruction that took less then 2 minutes.

    $138.00 to store my car for 3 days: I wa charged at camp $138.00 just for parking my car there until they could give me an estimate. When I was told that they were over $960.00 more then another two (Dealer used)body shops and it would take 10 days to get the parts and another 7 to 10 to repair my car I went with another company that charged $900.00 less and got the parts and repairs done in 6 days including the weekend. NO CAMP I will not purchase or service my cars with you ever again. Oh and the purchase of my last car at camp was a nightmare also.

    Excellent Sales and Service Experience.: Best sales and service experience in purchasing and having it serviced in 15 years and purchasing 8 new vehicles.
