User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis restaurant has the worst service. I thought that it was just the one in Arizona but here too. You can leave an empty glass at the edge of your table and it takes yelling for a server to get it refilled. If it isn't that then it takes forever (even when slow) just to order, not to mention get your food. The one in Phoenix and in Prescott Valley Arizona were both the same way. Never go if you are limited on time.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy favorite place to hang out: The service is awesome. We've never had to wait long for a table, which is surprising, as it's so popular.
During my first visit to Applebee's, I discovered this was NOT a place to go to have a serious discussion. Since that was our intent, it was a bit awkward. I have been there several times (since that day) and the atmosphere is lively and energetic and a really fun place to be with friends and family. The memorabilia is great for conversation starters on a date or just chatting with your children.
I LOVE the fact that they don't allow smoking inside. Even when I was a smoker, I didn't mind having to step outside.
Another HUGE plus is the Weight Watcher's menu. My friend and I like to reward our weight loss efforts with Applebee's and it's difficult to do that anywhere else. I'm sure I wouldn't be dining out much at all, if it wasn't for the Weight Watcher's menu. ;P Kudos to Applebee's !
