    Excellent Customer Service: When our local Target store did not have a sale item in stock for our school we called the Spokane Valley store. The customer service associate was more than helpful on all accounts. She put a hold on 13 large organizer pantry cabinets and made sure that we received the best pricing available. Knowing that we still needed more, she wrote a raincheck for the additional items.

    Very Disappointed: I went last night and had a less then par experience. The lady behind me in line was taken by another employee to another location where she was helped and her item was checked. Why is someone last in line helped before the people who are in the front of the line? This is the opposite of customer service and feel their skills in this area can be greatly improved. I am sending a letter to the store manager in all actuality so as I can have this issue heard and more importantly addressed.
