User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI've been going to Shari's often again lately and the service seems to have improved greatly over the past year, for awhile I was afraid to go in there cause of the service issues I was having but I decided to give the restaurant another chance and the quality of the service has improved alot, it's a great place to go with friends and I like the idea that it's open 24/7.
Plus the food is good as usual.-

It seems to be that everytime I go in here I always have to wait at least 10 minutes just to get myself a table when the restaurant is at least halfway empty, plus the waiters/waitresses don't even smile when they attend to you and they also tend to act all rude and arrogant towards you, alot of times they are understaffed on the waitresses no matter how slow or busy they are, the quality of the food seems to have detetorated over in the recent years as well.
Plus another issue I have with Shari's is that the servers are often rude and unattentive and they seem to take forever coming to you when you're ready to take your order and soon after your food arrives they also have to drop the bill on your table and that is the last time you see your server, they never even come by to see if you need dessert or if you want a refill, alot of times we would have to flag down a server for assistance and they would either ignore us or be rude to us and act like we're inconviencing them!
As of this day I will not go back to Shari's in WW again! I would avoid this restaurant and travel 40 miles to go to Denny's in Pendleton instead, at least we always get decent service there.

Definitely agree with you that they take forever checking on you and that you would have to flag them down for a refill and that they drop the bill on the table within 30 seconds after you get your food, Shari's used to be good back in the early-mid 2000s but it's gone downhill during the past couple years.
I totally agree, the service there is horrible the waiters/waitresses look like they are are on drugs and dirty. Last time I was there I had hair in my food! I will never go there again and they should be closed down!
