About:More than 40 wines are offered by the glass in the fabulous wine bar and restaurant. The dining room is elegant with cream stucco and eclectic artwork evenly spaced on the walls. With French, New American and Scandinavian choices, Alaskan seafood is the steadiest presence on the menu. Entrees like grilled salmon served with a cold horseradish, herb-butter and mahi-mahi topped by a spicy fruit salsa will be matched, at your request, with a wine chosen by the wine expert on staff. Veal, rack of lamb and many other options are available.

    Absolutely by far the BEST food in Anchorage. I have NEVER had a bad or even average meal at Jens, it is always exceptional. Good atmosphere and great wait staff. Perfect place to go for a special occassion.

    Don't let the strip mall location fool you . . .: Terrific place for lunch or dinner. Astounding wine list. Small, intimate dining rooms, small wine bar, and the Jen will come over and greet you at your table, tell a joke, and probably remember your name the next time you come. And that is highly possible, unless you forget to order food! Incredible fish dishes. Not inexpensive, but a good value for the caliber of food served.
