I had an unfortunate experience on the glenn highway last week. A lady rear ended me while on my way to work. I had to have my car towed. The tow truck driver recommened CHAZ LIMITED on 5th and I am thankful he did. After arriving at CHAZ I had a estimate with in a short time and the wonderful guys at CHAZ gave me a ride to work and got my car back to me within a week. Thank you CHAZ LIMITED for making an awful thing not so bad.

Horrible service. This is suppose to be a State Farm company that accepts their payment. I went in to get my estimate and the manager had "triple booked" me. They had someone unfamiliar with State Farm try to figure out the estimate. Then he had to consult with others. They said they'd contact State Farm and fix. I heard nothing for more than a week and called. They said I had to call State Farm - something that dealing directly with this business was suppose to prevent since they accepted State Farm payment. They were unwilling to provide service. When I called State Farm, they said the company was an approved repair business and they didn't need State Farm permission - they could just fix the car and submit the claims. I've now wasted over a week on this company and have to start over finding a new repair shop.
