User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis family-owned restaurant is the best of the best! Prhosser is lucky to have this restaurant with excellent food and service. It is a large restaurant but seems to be bustling with customers all the time. It has become a Prosser favorite and people from out-of-town come just to have dinner at El Caporal. It is at least a 3-generation family owned endeavor and is always clean, friendly and worth the trip to eat their food! Try the
Camarones al mojo de ajo, ummmm gooodd!! (Sauteed shrimp with garlic, etc.) Say hi to Jose', he's the tall one with the huge smile!
