Life's little adventures took me to Othello in mid-April. I was with some buddies looking for a good place to eat and have a beer. Our first stop was a pizza place but they didn't server beer. They recommended the Burnswick. Looking at the storefront you might wonder if you want to go it. Don't judge the book by the cover. The place is great. Inside its kind of like a western restaurant/bar. There are stuffed animal heads, a pool table, a nice bar and plenty of table seating. The food was tasty and the prices were reasonable. The server was attentive and very polite. The beer was cold and fresh. Had the variety of beer been a bit greater the place would have been that much better.
I live in the Seattle area and don't go to Othello too often. But, I wound up in Othello just the other day again. I returned to the Brunswick. I had a different burger and it was just as good. I had the same server and she was just as nice. The beer was also just as good.
I would definitely recommend the Brunswick for American Western fare.
the prime rib on friday night is awesome, its so good that they start selling it at 5:00pm and its sold out by 4:30. The drinks are stiff, a little pricy but not bad. The entire menu is good and the french dip is almost impossible to eat in one sitting. Come early to get a table on friday nights. Only downside is that there is only one pool table and no dart board.
Can't wait to go back !: Awesome hospitality, great food, low prices. The boys from Hawaii loved everything there !!!!
