User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsBest Mexican food I have had in town. Staff has always been friendly and the food is very good. They have outside seating in the summer. If it is just the two of you, try the bar. You can order off the main menu as you sit at the bar and have a margarhita. Free chips and salsa in the bar too.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsDon Jose's is a favorite of many of my friends and I'd have to say it's one of my favorites too. The food is great, I love their Chili Colorado! Also, it's a good place to get a nice margarita! Sometimes they are a little skimpy on the salt but it's still very good. My one critique is that they charge for extra chips, it's not like people come in for an entire dinner of chips and salsa but they're nice to snack on before so it's nice to get free re-fills.

I've been there a couple of times. Both times, the food was okay and the service was disappointing. One time I had to wait twenty minutes to get my water at the beginning. I finally, got up and asked the bartender.
I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
