    Stay away from this one. Total rip off outfit. Guy's an expert at figuring how to get the most $ out of his patients. We went there with our kids and won't be back.

    I was very disappointed in the services i received from this dentist. A routine cleaning and a filling ended up costing me about $900.oo out of pocket after my insurance paid some. Offered to get previous ex-rays from another dentist i visited, was told NO my insurance would cover it. They were told in advance that i had dental insurance so that i would know what would and would not be covered. I have what is called preventive coverage which is a crock......Talked with my provider and was told it was coded wrong. Tried to get it recoded to at least meet my coverage so that some of the over charged fees would be partially paid. I assumed they would have at least informed me that i wasn't covered for some preventive dentistry meaures. To top it all off i traveled 60 miles round trip for my first visit and the Dentist had taken ill and was not seeing his patients in the afternoon. Was a wasted trip to Kenai and stupidly rescheduled for the next week. I wish i had never stepped foot in their office. Will be getting my file and ex-rays for my new dentist. I have NO plans on returning to this dentist. People be aware of this the next time you schedule an appointment and think you that you are covered for a routine cleaning. Not what i had expected. I am still trying to get my insurance to help with this matter. A professional office would have done their homework and would have informed me beforehand and not just turned around and sent me an enormous bill that i can't afford. Thanks Discover card.
