WE LOVE UNCLE JOES!!: I work right down the road from Uncle Joes. One day the office, a total of 4 of us, decided to order something for lunch. Some of us wanted pizza, some salad, everyone wanted something 'different' that we hadn't tried previously. After calling around to other local pizza places and the wait times were longer then our starving belly's would allow, we called Uncle Joes.

The wait time was less then 30 minutes and the prices were cheaper then a lot of the other places we had called. Upon getting our lunches one of the first things we saw was one of their calzones. Let me prepare those of you that like Calzones...THEY ARE HUGE. The menu says they have 2 sizes, one for a 1-person and one for a 2-person. Since I was the only one wanting a calzone that day, I opted for the 1-person. I tell ya what...the 1-person serving was big enough that me and the 'big eater' of the office couldn't of finished it together.

The calzone itself was cooked PERFECTLY! The toppings were plentiful, the cheese just perfect and the best part...not a single ounce of raw or gooey dough. You know how it is when you get something that is thick in dough, half way through or a quarter of the way through your wanting to scrape the inside of the dough out because it's nasty and not fully cooked. The calzone was wonderful.

Another great thing about Uncle Joes is that when you walk into the establishment you are greeted by friendly staff, including the owner/manager. Usually you see an uppity owner/manager shuffling employees around. I didn't notice this at all. The next thing I noticed on my trip in was that immediately upon walking in, there is a wall covered in local organizations that were sponsored by, or in part, by Uncle Joes pizza. There is nothing better then a mom and pop type of place giving back to the community. I only wish that I lived closer so that I could visit it, or order for delivery more often!

And for those local military families/members in the area...they even offer a military discount :0)

Uncle Joe's?: OMG.. they are the best. When your place of employment only orders from Pizza Hut, Its a great treat to get Uncle Joe's. They have the best services and the best positive attitudes. At my house it is ALWAYS Uncle Joe's!
