    Visited on 10/31/09, and had a terrible meal. We are wondering if the regular chef was off for the night, as several people had told us this is a good place to eat. Chef had a black T-shirt on that said " this is my Fu*king costume", as it was Haloween. How could he be allowed in the bar area with a shirt that spelled out the F word?

    Had the white king salmon and rock fish combo, both were under cooked. The other dish was pecan crusted lamb chops with yellow mustard curry that was served with so much sauce it was not edible, none the less the curry sauce was so hot it had to be a mistake. The bill was over $100 and we did not eat it, we were not asked why we did not eat it, nor was offered a discount. A bitter disappointment.

    I live in Homer and I can always rely on this restaurant being good. My husband and I consider this one of our favorite spots to eat. You can get everything from burgers to fresh salmon for lunch or dinner. Good wine selection and nice atmosphere! Only about 10 tables though, but we like it that way!

    THE BEST PLACE IN CITY TO EAT FOR GOOD DINING .: GREAT SERVICE,FRESH FOOD DOESNT TAKE FOREVER TO GET IT.GREAT PRICE GOOD SERVINGS. CLEAN AND WELCOMING MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE HOME BUT YOU ARE WAITED ON.
