User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBeing new to Eagle River and in need of a cup of jo' I hit Jitters, and what a pleasant surprise! Not only was the coffee excellent, but the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere warm and enviting. I especially liked the big fireplace and couches. Nice place.

Been here a couple of times over the years, the recent expansion is NICE and makes this a preferred meeting spot in the area. The counter arrangement is odd, needs a better set up to flow the patrons when busy and I don't care for the particular bean used for most drinks, but it's very good overall. Staff freindly and competant.
